Commercial Addendum

1. Integration with Standard Terms

This Commercial Addendum supplements the primary Nino! Terms of Service. By submitting reaction packs ("Clips") to the Nino! Creator Program, you reaffirm your consent to the primary Terms, including the perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable right granted to NINO APPLICAȚIE ALERTĂ S.R.L to monetize, distribute, and resell your Content.

2. Financial Consideration & Revenue Share

Notwithstanding the "No Legal Relationship" clause in the primary Terms—which establishes that platform use is sufficient consideration for standard community reports—Clips submitted specifically to the Creator Program are subject to a revenue-share model. You will receive fifty percent (50%) of the net revenue from every successful commercial license of your Clips sold by Nino!.

3. Contingent Payouts (No Upfront Fees)

You explicitly acknowledge that no upfront compensation, hourly rate, or guarantee of sale is provided. Payouts are strictly contingent upon third-party purchases and are processed automatically via our designated payment infrastructure. If a Clip remains unlicensed, zero compensation is owed.

4. Commercial Anonymity & Indemnification

Nino! will license your visual likeness for digital advertising and commercial use without disclosing your personal identity, contact information, or social handles to buyers. You agree to indemnify NINO APPLICAȚIE ALERTĂ S.R.L against any claims arising from third-party misuse of the licensed Clips, provided such misuse violates the Nino! Content License Agreement.

5. Age Verification

Participation in the commercial Creator Program strictly requires you to be 18 years or older. You consent to a secure, manual age verification process prior to your acceptance into the program.

6. Nino! Affiliation

Clips you submit will be used to showcase our services including the Nino! app.
